We thoroughly evaluate each property on a case-by-case basis and assess what needs to be done.
Then, we create a scope of work that takes those needs and return on investment into consideration. The best part? You pay nothing out-of-pocket. Avenue3 will invest our time and money to get your home market-ready. No income verification or credit check is ever required. As long as your home has sufficient equity, we’re ready to work.
As the homeowner, you have final say on what improvements we make. If you have any questions about the renovations we recommend, just ask. We’ll walk you through our plan of action and clear up any confusion.

Step Two: We Assist
Once you’ve signed the scope of work, we get to work. Avenue3 will take it from here. We can get started on the improvements in as little as 10 days after your approval. If you need more time to make arrangements, that’s not a problem at all. We can work with your schedule. When you’re ready, we’ll coordinate the renovations and give you weekly updates along the way.
Avenue3 Realty only works with our team of trusted, licensed contractors. Because we have a stake in the sale of your home, we know just how important it is to complete the project on time and on budget. We make sure the work is done quickly and correctly. Avenue3 stands by the quality of our work and all renovations are guaranteed for up to one year after completion.
Step Three: We Sell
While the renovations are wrapping up, Avenue3 gets your home ready to list. One of our experienced listing agents will develop a competitive sales strategy to sell your house as quickly as possible for the highest possible price.
When you work with the right team, selling your home can be a stress-free experience. Avenue3 will book photographers, create flyers, organize open houses, and manage every aspect of your home’s listing. We’ll get in touch with you weekly to discuss any inquiries and updates.
When your home sells, we earn a commission and get reimbursed for our work. You keep any extra profit and can feel reassured knowing you did everything possible to maximize your profit.
